Foot Locker x Asics Commercials
Foot Locker’s run of solid commercials continues. Somebody needs to give Jed Berger, Foot Locker’s VP of Brand Marketing, a raise.
The latest Foot Locker x Asics commercials show Patrick Willis and Danny Amendola in awkward moments. Your laughter will ensue…
Nike CJ81 Elite TD Cleat
The best wide receiver in football finally has a signature cleat, the Nike CJ81 Elite TD. Calvin Johnson has long been a freak on the field and has long deserved a signature cleat.
I love the way these look. The dynamic midfoot arch strap, the colors, and the star pattern just pop. The proprioceptive collar reminds me of Under Armour’s latest cleats but is done in a way that doesn’t feel like too much of a rip off. I can’t wait until they release a trainer version with some Zoom cushioning. I bet it will be a performance beast.
So are all you football players going to buy the $120 Nike CJ81 Elite TD for upcoming football season? If not, what will you be wearing?

Andre Agassi Returns to Nike
The biggest question for me is why did Andre Agassi ever leave Nike in the first place? Seems like it would have been a no brainer to keep him as an endorser.
But I’m not complaining, because I’d wager Nike is about to release some sick Agassi retros and hybrids. Check out details of new Agassi/Nike union after the jump:

Air Jordan V Retro ‘Black Grape’ – Another Look
A new spin on an old classic, I personally can’t wait for these to release as I feel the Grape colorway is the best of the AJ5 series so having ‘home’ & ‘away’ styles is something that I welcome with open arms.
I understand some people feeling like these ruin a classic but in all honesty, the original colorway hasn’t been ruined at all so if you don’t like these for whatever reason… just don’t pay them any mind.
What are your thoughts on the Black Grape Air Jordan V Retro; hit or miss?
Lebron X “Pure Platinum”- Another Look
We recently got our first look at the “Pure Platinum” Lebron X which certainly got us excited, and today we get a peak from the man himself.
Taking to his Instagram Lebron gave us a peak at the elusive sneaker, bound to build some serious hype. No word yet if they will get a wide release or if Bron was just rubbing in that he’s the only one who can have them (at least for now).
Take a look at the original post after the break, and stay tuned for more info as it becomes available. Who else wants these?
Nike Solarsoft “Year of the Snake” Collection- Release Info
You didnt think Nike was done with the Year of the Snake madness did you?

Air Jordan XX8 Lite- Another Look
Not long ago we got our first look at the upcoming Air Jordan XX8 and many of you agreed it may make the XX8 a more viable off-court option.
Today we have another look at the un-sleeved at the Jordan XX8 giving us another chance to weight in on the kick. So if you werent a fan of zipping up or folding down to wear the XX8 off court, take a peek. I’m still excited because of all the patterns and colors that can be printed on to the model, making an endless number of colorways possible… one of them is sure to be a hit, right?
Hit the break for another look, what do you think of the Lite?
